TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-

1. First 2 inspections will not be charged, after 2nd inspection service charge will be Rs. 100 /- per inspection.
2. When the deal is finalized the service charges will be deducted from the commission for which we have agreed upon.
3. At any condition if the buyer / tenant finalize any premises shown by the company without our knowledge, the client is bounded to pay our commission.
4. At any point of time if the client doesn’t finalize any premises shown by the company the service charges will not be refunded.
5. Our commission charges are :-
   Buying / Selling – 2 % from buyer and 1 % from seller on the total amount.
   Rental – 1 Month from tenant for both residential & commercial.
   Lease – 2 % of total amount from tenant for both residential & commercial.
